The Strategy Analyst at Highmark Health works within the Product & Health Experience (PHE) department to translate strategies into actionable outcomes. This role involves managing complexities, fostering collaboration across various portfolios, and ensuring efficient systems and dashboards for product teams. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence throughout the Product Development Management Lifecycle (PdMLC), defining and improving standards, implementing flexible stage gates, and optimizing workflows. The analyst will collaborate with leadership to establish outcome-based performance metrics, support portfolio planning, and integrate AI for process improvements. Additionally, they will coordinate departmental momentum and workforce readiness, overseeing internal communication strategies, tracking roadmap transparency, executing high-impact forums, and assisting with workforce transformation and learning initiatives.
