Fifth Ring is hiring a Strategy & Creative Service Lead to lead strategic marketing and brand recommendations, drive creative excellence across campaigns and integrated marketing programmes, build relationships with senior client stakeholders, advise on pitches and new business, and mentor colleagues. The role requires significant experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy, or agency leadership, along with strong creative thinking, commercial awareness, client-influence experience, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
