Databricks is hiring a remote Strategy & Execution Specialist for a three-month contract, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. The role leads cross-functional strategic initiatives across GTM optimization, migrations, partner models, and AI-driven transformation, combining program management, strategy, analytics, stakeholder coordination, workflow automation, and change management. Candidates need at least eight years of experience in program management, strategy, or consulting, advanced SQL skills, executive-ready presentation experience, and strong analytical and communication abilities; dashboard, Databricks, AI workflow, Python, and GTM experience are preferred.
