PatientIQ is hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate to help build and scale its Strategic Program Office and support the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team. The role owns strategic initiatives, leads cross-functional work, develops executive analyses, establishes KPI frameworks, and introduces AI-enabled workflows. It requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations, strong analytical and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree, and exposure to go-to-market, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS.
