Description
Parambil is hiring a CEO Operating Partner to work directly with the CEO across engineering, customer success, sales, operations, and finance. The role owns the company's operating cadence, financial and operating model, strategic projects, board and investor materials, pipeline and retention analysis, hiring plans, and high-leverage business decisions. Candidates should have 6–9 years of experience, including investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, plus at least two years in an operating role at a venture-backed startup. The position is based in New York City.
