Helsing is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to support the Australian Multi Domain business and its Director Programmes (IndoPac). The role manages customer engagement milestones, bid submissions, stage-gate approvals, pipeline data, CRM and action-log tracking, and weekly performance reporting. It coordinates with Commercial, Finance, Legal, UK, and European functions while representing Australian priorities and supports the local Multi Domain Lead. The position requires experience with complex projects, bids, or sales pursuits; defence procurement, military bid gates, government contracting, CRM, or pipeline tooling are preferred.
