Description
Agentio is hiring a Creator Supply Operations Manager to partner with the VP of Creator, Product, Engineering, and Data on the supply side of its creator marketplace. The role owns creator-number targets, supply-and-demand analysis, funnel analytics, retention and reactivation, incentive programs, payment and disbursement resolution, product testing, dashboards, and end-to-end fixes. It requires 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup, marketplace and creator-economy knowledge, cross-functional influence, and fluency with AI tools.
