Description
Decagon is hiring an in-office Strategy & Operations Manager to own the strategy, cadence, and operational infrastructure for its Customer team’s deployment and post-sales execution. The role will build repeatable processes, improve delivery visibility and forecasting, partner with Sales/GTM, Product, and Engineering, manage escalations, and lead and grow a Strategy & Operations team. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, post-sales, customer experience, delivery, or adjacent functions, along with experience building operating systems and influencing senior stakeholders. Compensation is $190,000–$265,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
