Description
Navan is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to act as the operating right hand to the EVP of Specialty Travel and Events. The role combines Chief of Staff responsibilities with hands-on programme leadership across the Boompop integration and six specialty verticals, translating strategy into execution, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing risks and dependencies, preparing executive updates, and maintaining portfolio plans, KPI reporting, and decision logs. The position requires experience in high-ownership roles such as Chief of Staff, strategic operations, programme management, business operations, consulting, corporate development, or integration, along with strong commercial judgement, communication, organisation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
