Conveo is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to diagnose revenue and expansion leaks, own workstreams in cross-functional projects, and turn successful motions into documented, automated playbooks. The role requires 1–3 years of strategy consulting experience or 2+ years in a high-velocity operator seat, strong analytical and written communication skills, end-to-end ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-native problem solving. The position is based in Antwerp or the United Kingdom with regular travel to the Antwerp headquarters and offers a hybrid model with offices in Antwerp, London, and New York.
