Description
Monk is hiring a Strategy and Operations Lead to own customer outcomes end to end for its AI accounts receivable platform. The role partners with Engineering and Operations, leads customer deployments from scoping through go-live and optimization, advises CFOs and AR leaders, builds and tunes AI agents, maps billing and ERP workflows, owns customer KPIs, and provides product insights. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable high-ownership operating role, along with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The position is based in Monk’s Flatiron, New York office and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible paid time off, and a dinner stipend.
