Prosper Health is hiring a Senior Director of Provider Growth to build and scale the clinical capacity strategy for its mental health services. The role owns workforce planning, clinical capacity modeling, analytics, experimentation, operational systems, and the growth of the provider function, while working with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Product, and leadership. It requires 6–8 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, growth, or a similar analytical and operational role, with startup experience required.
