Rockstar is recruiting for a well-funded early-stage healthcare company that helps Nurse Practitioners operate independent practices. The Strategy & Operations Manager will report to the Head of Revenue Cycle Management and build the operational backbone of the RCM organization and MSO-PC structure. Responsibilities include designing scalable workflows and playbooks, operating-model and capacity planning, vendor and build-versus-buy strategy, process improvement and automation, metrics and reporting, practice-facing analysis, and cross-functional project leadership. The role requires 4–6 years of strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, or program/operations management experience, strong analytical, project management, communication, and process-design abilities, and familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management or MSO-PC structures.
