ARQ is hiring a Global Licensing Lead to own the end-to-end global licensing workstream across banking, wealth management, payments, and crypto jurisdictions. The role tracks license applications and milestones, coordinates product, legal, operations, finance, and external counsel, translates regulatory requirements into actionable workstreams, prepares submissions and audits, and builds scalable licensing systems and playbooks. It requires 3–6 years of experience in a high-performance environment, strong analytical and project-management skills, and the ability to operate in complex, early-stage environments.
