The Strategy & Operations Manager will act as an independent execution and problem-solving partner to business leadership, overseeing critical strategic initiatives across Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and other functions. The role translates priorities into projects and KPIs, drives stalled initiatives, diagnoses underperformance, resolves cross-functional blockers, establishes execution discipline, and supports senior decision-making with analytical insights. The position requires strong project and program management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and offers an annual salary of 75,600 EUR gross.
