Description
Vanderlande is seeking a six-month Strategy & Operations Optimization intern in Veghel, Netherlands, starting in October 2026. The intern will analyze global team competencies, time-zone handovers, SAFe sprint velocity, system reliability, team topologies, and roadmap priorities; build optimization models using constraint-based scheduling or linear programming; develop an interactive what-if dashboard; and produce recommendations for global leadership. The role requires a master's-level student enrolled in the Dutch education system and resident in the Netherlands, with hands-on Python, SQL, dashboarding, optimization, simulation, analytical, Agile/SAFe, and English-language skills.
