EliseAI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to improve how the company identifies, attracts, evaluates, and closes exceptional talent. The role combines recruiting, hiring strategy, operations, sourcing, interview-process design, funnel analysis, talent-brand events, and content creation. It is intended for someone early in their career with 1–5 years of experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment, strong judgment and writing skills, and willingness to work in person at the San Francisco or New York office four to five days per week. The salary range is $90,000–$150,000, with equity and medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 100%.
