JCTM is seeking a Strategy & Performance Manager to serve as Key Personnel and perform Project Manager duties for a CISA Integrated Operations Division contract. The role leads contractor work across the Statement of Work, supports strategy, governance, organizational performance, analytics, business process improvement, risk assessment, reporting, and executive dashboards, and coordinates with technical, operational, analytical, and functional stakeholders. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, at least seven years of documented experience supporting Operations and Planning requirements, seven years of supervisory experience, PMP certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL. The requirement is unclassified and applicants must satisfy applicable DHS/CISA personnel-security processes.
