Atoms is hiring a Strategy and Business Operations Manager to support go-to-market strategy, commercial planning, strategic analysis, business insights, cross-functional program management, process improvement, and executive reporting. The role partners with product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to evaluate market opportunities, build financial models, manage initiatives, and deliver recommendations to leadership. It is based in the Los Angeles office, requires onsite work five days per week, and offers a base salary of $100,000 to $125,000 per year plus potential equity and performance-based bonus.
