Adyen is hiring a Strategy and Program Manager to architect and implement joint operational models, customer journeys, systems, and processes for its Talon.One and Orb acquisitions. The role leads global integration programs, resolves complex multi-entity bottlenecks, owns operational KPI frameworks, and partners with Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience in client-facing, technical operations, strategy, business operations, program management, or management consulting, along with strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional leadership skills. The role is based in New York or San Francisco and requires in-office work at least three days per week.
