Description
Systemiq is hiring a Strategy Associate for its Sustainable Finance practice in Kenya, with Nairobi preferred. The role supports governments and public finance institutions in developing sovereign financing strategies, assessing sovereign risk and debt sustainability, designing concessional and blended finance instruments, and engaging ministries, central banks, IFIs, donors, and private-sector partners. It requires a degree or master's in economics, finance, or international development, 2–5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and research skills, and excellent English communication. The contract is 12 months fixed-term and may extend or convert to permanent; visa sponsorship and relocation costs are not provided.
