ComparaJa is hiring a Strategy Associate to work in-person at its Lisbon headquarters, helping define and execute strategy, develop innovative products and services, lead and cultivate teams, improve user experience, and amplify the company’s market presence. The role is intended for experienced business managers, with industry experience not required, and requires native or near-native Portuguese proficiency and a work permit. The schedule is Monday to Friday with a flexible start date; remote work is unavailable.
