easyJet is hiring a Technology Strategy Communications Manager to own the coherent narrative around its evolving AI, engineering, data, analytics, and broader technology strategy. Reporting to the Director of Technology Strategy & Innovation and working closely with the Chief Data and Technology Officer, the role aligns strategy and roadmap framing across technology and data leadership teams, closes siloed messaging, translates the strategy into an understandable workforce narrative, supports leadership storytelling, and monitors understanding across the organisation. The role is full-time, hybrid, and based at Hangar 89, Luton.
