Kota is hiring a generalist Strategy Manager to report to the COO and support the company’s foundational Strategy team as it scales in 2026 and 2027. The role focuses on customer experience, business-critical projects, functional-team performance, competitive intelligence, data foundations, stakeholder updates, and ad hoc issue analysis. It requires 5+ years of experience in fast-growing startups or top-tier consulting firms, strong analytical skills, SQL experience preferred, and the ability to work across complex topics in an ambiguous startup environment. The position is based in Dublin with two days on site and includes health insurance, pension contributions, a WFH stipend, paid time off, company offsites, and stock options.
