Nebius is hiring a Strategy Manager for its central Strategy team to own company-wide KPI frameworks, headcount planning and forecasting, and cross-functional strategic projects. The role also covers market and competitor assessments, business cases, M&A support, strategic initiative alignment, executive-level reporting, and primary research. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, along with strong financial, stakeholder-management, communication, and analytical skills. The position is available for work in Nebius’s Amsterdam office.
