Tacoma Power is hiring a Power Strategy & Performance Manager to lead and support the development and execution of the utility’s strategy and multi-year strategic plan, translate corporate priorities into measurable objectives, manage strategic initiatives, analyze industry and market developments, advise senior leaders, and oversee utility-wide performance management, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible analytical or functional analyst experience, including one year at a senior, lead, or supervisory level. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and an annual salary of $113,568.00 to $159,910.40.
