TAL is hiring a Strategy Manager to help define and deliver the company’s strategic priorities. The role involves co-developing corporate strategy, leading annual strategic planning and executive strategy offsites, conducting market and competitor analysis, building complex models, and collaborating with executives, senior leaders, business managers, and external partners. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience in financial services, strong analytical and Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role is hybrid.
