The role focuses on defining and executing business strategy, developing innovative products and service offerings, leading high-performing teams, improving user experience, and amplifying the company’s market presence. Candidates should be experienced business managers, highly ambitious and proactive, strong communicators, organized, and fluent in Portuguese; industry experience is not required. The position has a flexible start date, follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and does not offer remote work.
