Tech Data is hiring a QA Automation Lead to lead automation testing strategy, manage a small QA team, and expand automated test coverage across enterprise applications. The role involves designing test plans and scripts, executing functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, collaborating with product, development, business analysis, and DevOps teams, supporting UAT and production sanity testing, and improving quality processes and automation frameworks. Candidates need 8+ years of software quality assurance experience, including 5+ years of Selenium automation, along with knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, Playwright, RestAssured, and Agile/Scrum environments.
