Description
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring an experienced Stress Engineer for its aerospace engineering team. The role performs structural analysis using hand calculations and finite element analysis, evaluates metallic and composite aircraft structures for static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance, supports aircraft modifications and design reviews, prepares certification documentation for FAA, TCCA, and EASA requirements, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, at least five years of aerospace stress engineering experience, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, FEA software experience, CATIA V5 proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills.
