Skipton is recruiting a permanent, full-time Stress Testing Senior Lead for its Group Financial Planning and Analysis team. The role leads Group stress testing across ICAAP, recovery planning, reverse stress testing, climate risk, and ad hoc scenario analysis; designs and challenges scenarios; develops recommendations; maintains governance and regulatory submissions; and produces Board, executive, and regulatory reports. It requires strong stress testing, modelling, analytical, stakeholder-management, and climate-risk knowledge, and offers a blended Skipton-office and home-working arrangement with a £90,000 annual salary.
