Description
The PT-Stretch Specialist supports Life Time members by building relationships, delivering branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, developing safe client programs, conducting pre-participation screenings and goal-setting, providing fitness-floor assistance, promoting stretch and personal-training services, documenting client programming, and maintaining certifications and continuing education. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, personal-trainer certification, CPR and AED certification, knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques, and the ability to perform aerobic activity while lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of personal-training experience, a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field, and an assisted-stretching certification. Compensation is commission-based, with minimum pay exceeding 1.5 times the applicable minimum wage per hour, and benefits include a fully subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, training, paid leave, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
