Description
The Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist supports Life Time members through branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, develops safe client programs, conducts pre-participation screenings and goal-setting, provides fitness-floor assistance, promotes stretch and personal-training services, documents client programming, and maintains certifications and continuing education. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, personal-trainer certification, CPR and AED certification, knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques, and the ability to perform aerobic activity while lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of personal-training experience, a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field, and an Assisted Stretching Certification. Compensation is commission-based at 10% to 60% depending on product and productivity, with weekly minimum pay at least the applicable minimum wage for each hour worked.
