Description

Prevailance Inc. is accepting applications for a replacement pool for a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) or Navy Interface Control Officer (ICO) supporting the Strike Group Interoperability Training/Readiness program. The role provides advanced mentorship and advisement on Multi-Tactical Data Link architectures, Link-16, Link-11, Link-22, JREAP, COP/CTP integration, interoperability, training plans, operational messages, and certification events. Candidates must be qualified as a Joint Service JICO, AJOC graduate, or Navy ICO (E-7 or above), have six years of specified experience, hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance, and be willing to travel up to 25%. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completion of required ICO/JICO courses, including JT-101, JT-102, JT-201, and JT-310; fully qualified JICO candidates also require JT-301.
Required Previous Experiences: Six years of experience in MTA planning and operations, MTN system support and COP/CTP interoperability, TTP development and Distributed Engineering, Strike Group or training staff operations, and TDL system configuration, GCCS-M, and ICO-related tasks.
Current operational experience with C2P, CDLMS, BFTT, SGS, LMMT, GCCS-M, Link-16, Link-11, JREAP, and satellite communications.
Three years of experience as a JICO, AJOC, or ICO with Strike Groups, AOCs, or CAOCs.
Preferred Qualifications: Deployment or assignment on DDG, CG, LPD, or CVN platforms.
Experience with LVC training exercises, BFTT, and training supervision.
Background as a Force Track Data Coordinator or Maritime Regional Interface Control Officer.
