Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Structural Analysis Engineer within its Engines business unit to lead structural analysis of combustion devices, pressurized structures, heat exchangers, components, and assemblies across design, development, testing, validation, production, and operations. The role involves hand calculations, finite element analysis, strength, fatigue and creep evaluation, bolted-joint and flange-separation analysis, trade studies, engineering documentation, test-plan support, and development of scripting-based analysis automation tools. A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least two years of experience are required; the position is based in Washington for the stated pay range, includes relocation assistance and up to 10% travel, and requires qualifying U.S. work authorization under export-control rules.
