Description
Relativity Space is hiring a Structural Analysis Lead to provide technical leadership for the structural integrity, strength, durability, and life management of flight hardware across the Terran R vehicle. The role leads structural analysis activities from early design through flight operations, including static and dynamic stress, fatigue, fracture mechanics, durability, loads, modeling, test correlation, and structural validation. The lead will oversee analysts, mentor engineers, establish analysis standards, and develop automation tools using Python or MATLAB, while collaborating with design, materials, manufacturing, and test teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, team leadership experience, and at least five years of structural analysis experience are required.
