Prometheus Energetics is hiring a Structural Analyst / Senior Structural Analyst in Bloomington, Indiana, to serve as a technical authority for the structural integrity, finite element analysis, fracture mechanics, testing, qualification, and production support of solid rocket motor structures. The role covers composite and metallic pressure-vessel and nozzle structures, propellant grain mechanics, advanced FEA, coupled thermal-structural analysis, fracture and fatigue assessment, test correlation, root-cause investigations, and cross-functional engineering leadership. A bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are required for the Structural Analyst level, while the Senior level requires 7–10+ years; U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance are required.
