Description
Panelmatic, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Lead to supervise one or more production teams and lead manufacturing processes for custom electrical, instrument, and pneumatic control panels. The role includes assigning and monitoring work, training associates, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating equipment and workflow, analyzing production data, and improving processes. Candidates need at least two years of shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience, knowledge of UL and NEC codes, the ability to read industrial drawings, US work authorization without sponsorship, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
