Description
The Structural BIM Coordinator will develop and coordinate structural models and construction documentation for large-scale BIM projects, produce complete drawing packages, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure deliverables meet project standards. The role requires a civil, structural, architectural, or related degree with structural design or documentation experience, Revit proficiency, strong structural and BIM knowledge, and experience in multidisciplinary project environments. It is a full-time freelance contract of 40 hours per week, fully remote, with competitive hourly USD compensation and potential transition to a staff position.
