Description
Core States Group is hiring a Structural BIM Designer to support its Architecture and Engineering business unit. The role involves designing, detailing, and drafting construction documents for steel, concrete, pre-stressed concrete, timber, and masonry projects; developing 3D structural BIM models; coordinating with civil, MEP, architectural, and construction teams; and performing quality control and model validation. The position is paid hourly at $28–$36, with an approximate annualized compensation range of $65,000–$75,000, and can be fully remote or hybrid from Core States Group offices in Bentonville, Arkansas; Frisco, Texas; or remotely within the United States.
