Civil Design, Inc. is hiring a Structural Building Engineer – Project Manager to lead structural building projects, manage scope and budgets, direct design, coordinate with clients and contractors, serve as Engineer of Record, and prepare construction documents. The role requires a registered PE, Illinois Structural Engineer licensure, and at least eight years of building design experience, with a master’s degree in civil or structural engineering preferred. It can be based in Collinsville, Effingham, Jefferson City, or St. Louis, with up to 10% travel, and offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 per year.
