Civil Design, Inc. is hiring a Structural Building Engineer – Project Manager to lead structural building projects, manage scope and budgets, direct design, coordinate with clients and contractors, serve as Engineer of Record, and prepare construction documents. The role requires a registered PE, Illinois Structural Engineer licensure, and at least eight years of building design experience, with work available in Collinsville, Effingham, Jefferson City, or St. Louis. The anticipated base salary is $120,000–$150,000 per year, with up to 10% travel expected.
