GTT is hiring a second-year master’s student or engineering-school student for an internship developing calculation methodologies for the containment system of LNG cryogenic storage tanks. The role involves refining finite-element models using Abaqus, integrating material laws and modeling elements, validating deformations, stresses, and safety factors, and quantifying modeling contributions. The internship collaborates with the Structures and Materials departments and requires knowledge of materials and structural mechanics, Abaqus, and Python or Excel. A preferred start date is March 2027, with benefits including a paid day off, provided lunch, and partial public-transport coverage.
