Description
The Construction Estimator analyzes tender documents, prepares cost estimates for in-house work, assesses risks, obtains and compares subcontractor and supplier prices, incorporates quotes into cost calculations, and supports ongoing projects with additional or omitted work. The role collaborates with project management, execution teams, suppliers, and subcontractors and requires a bachelor's degree in construction, at least five years of relevant building-projects experience, strong numerical and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
