Description
The Structural Construction Foreman will monitor quality, cleanliness, and safety on construction sites, direct and motivate structural construction workers, coordinate daily work, consult with project managers, site managers, and subcontractors, and perform masonry, concrete, sewerage, earthworks, and formwork tasks. The role requires relevant foreman experience or structural construction experience, the ability to read and interpret technical construction plans, accuracy, initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and responsibility for safe work. Compensation is €19,517–€22,374 depending on experience, with travel, mobility, clothing, pension, training, and vacation benefits.
