Randstad is seeking a Structural Construction Worker / Concrete Repairer for a permanent site in Doel. The role involves structural construction activities, concrete repair, pouring, finishing, and injecting concrete structures, as well as general formwork and earthworks. Candidates should have initial experience in structural construction or the concrete sector, a strong safety awareness, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including pneumatic concrete blasting. The position includes on-site training, safety equipment, professional tools, and the possibility of a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
