LAT Aerospace is hiring a full-time Structural Design & Analysis Engineer to develop aircraft structures from initial concepts through flight-ready hardware. The role covers primary and secondary aircraft structures, structural sizing, finite element analysis, static strength, stiffness, buckling, fatigue, stability, composite and metallic design, model correlation, testing, and failure investigations. Candidates need at least four years of aircraft-structure design and analysis experience, strong solid-mechanics and finite-element-analysis fundamentals, CAD and structural-analysis-tool experience, and hands-on experience with lightweight aerospace materials.
