INNIO is hiring a Structural Design Engineer / CAD Drafter / Technician for gas engine combined heat and power (CHP) plants in Frankenthal, Germany. The role creates 3D layouts and 2D drawings for steel structures, develops installation drawings, applies planning guidelines and safety requirements, prepares bill-of-quantities frameworks, reviews stakeholder models, participates in cross-departmental technical discussions, archives models under revision control, and independently manages work packages. Candidates need vocational training in structural design engineering, CAD drafting, or a comparable qualification; several years of construction project planning experience; proficiency with Autodesk Revit Structure/Architecture or a comparable 3D design tool; fluent German and English; and strong teamwork, communication, prioritization, customer focus, and independent working skills.
