Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Stage 1 Tank Structural Engineer to lead the engineering scope for the first-stage tank of its New Glenn heavy-lift launch vehicle. The role owns the full design cycle, including conceptual and detailed design, trade studies, structural analysis, CAD and drawing packages, procurement support, integrated testing, and qualification. It requires a relevant engineering degree, 3–5+ years of professional engineering experience, structural and FEA expertise, large-structure experience, CAD and PDM skills, and the ability to travel 0–20% to suppliers and a manufacturing facility in Florida. The Washington base pay range is $121,023.00–$169,432.20, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
