Description
LAPORTE is hiring a Structural Design Technician to support the design and delivery of structural solutions for industrial pharmaceutical, food processing, and biotech projects. The role involves designing steel, concrete, foundation, mezzanine, catwalk, and equipment-support structures; producing models and drawings; assisting with component analysis and sizing; preparing technical documents; coordinating with other engineering disciplines; supporting project dossiers; and contributing to site visits or technical surveys. The position is available at the Montreal and/or Brossard offices, offers a hybrid work model with at least two office days per week, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
